Rebecca Turner is a cellist who believes in creating accessible music. Whether playing on her wooden, carbon fiber, or electric cello, she is equally at home performing in the concert hall or in a bar, and is a regular performer around London, North America and New Zealand. Rebecca has participated in numerous recording projects and gigs, ranging from classical symphonies, concerti and requiems, to film recordings and collaborations with a variety of artists. From the Royal Albert Hall in London to gigs in Shoreditch's Cargo and the renowned 12 Bar Cafe, she has performed with some of the world's top classical musicians, talented singer-songwriters and hard rock bands. Intent on breaking down the boundaries between the 'classical' and 'rock' worlds, she is a versatile musician with a passion for performance.
